Preamble

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the Blocks Affiliate System (“Affiliate Program”), managed by Blocks BIM Arquitetura Ltda (“Blocks”), a Brazilian company. The Affiliate Program is designed to compensate affiliates (“Affiliate(s)”) for directing new paying customers to Blocks through approved marketing and promotional methods. Participation in the Affiliate Program indicates unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.

Joining the Affiliate Program

1.1. Eligibility: Joining the Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities wishing to promote Blocks services, as per the criteria established by Blocks.

1.2. Registration: Potential affiliates must register through the provided link (https://affiliate.blocksrvt.com/signup), accept these Terms, and provide all necessary information for registration.

Use of Brand and Intellectual Property

2.1. Permitted Use: Affiliates may use Blocks’ brand and intellectual property in a non-deceptive manner and only on approved channels, which include personal communications, social media, and original content that reflects an honest evaluation of Blocks services.

2.2. Prohibited Use: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Engaging in paid advertising that uses Blocks’ name or domains;
Creating content that could be confused with official Blocks communication;
Using Blocks’ brand and intellectual property in a way that denigrates Blocks, its services, or third parties.

Commissioning

3.1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on payments made by referred customers during the first year of the customer’s subscription.

3.2. Sales Tracking: Tracking is done via cookies with a 60-day duration, and it is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure the correct use of the affiliate link.

Commission Payments

4.1. Accumulation and Validity: Commissions can be accumulated for up to 5 years, after which, if not withdrawn, they will be forfeited.

4.2. Withdrawal Conditions: Affiliates must have a valid tax registration or company to issue an invoice to Blocks before withdrawing commissions.

4.3. Payment Frequency: Commission payments will be made upon the Affiliate’s request, following the procedures established by Blocks.

Affiliate Conduct

5.1. Best Practices: Affiliates must always maintain ethical, non-deceptive, and transparent conduct, respecting applicable marketing and advertising laws.

5.2. Prohibitions: Affiliates are prohibited from:
Falsifying their identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
Using spam methods or any form of invasive promotion;
Infringing on any intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.

Affiliate Responsibility

6.1. Affiliates are solely responsible for the content and manner of their promotional activities.

6.2. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify Blocks against any claims arising from their improper conduct or misuse of the brand.

Termination

7.1. Blocks reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program for any violation of these Terms.

7.2. Effects of Termination: Upon termination, any pending commission remains valid for the remaining accumulated period, unless termination is due to the Affiliate’s unlawful conduct.

Modification of Terms

8.1. Blocks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with 30 days’ prior notice.

8.2. Acceptance of Modified Terms: Continuation of participation in the Program after modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

General Provisions

9.1. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.

9.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire understanding between the parties and supersede all prior communications.
Acceptance

By clicking “Accept”, “Register”, or similar, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service for the Blocks Affiliate System.
